zunicom General Purpose Battery

Before I purchased this battery, I already noticed somebody complained about its short life. So when I put one in my smog detector, I marked the date--it was July 15th. Now, after only 5 days, the smog detector started to alarm me of low battery. All other brands I used before could last couple of months.

3/4's of the entire pack did not work. I had to change batteries in 3 smoke detectors and had to do it 3x each because they immediately were beeping constant again! It was so frustrating that I was crying by the end. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

The batteries had full charge, the expiration date two years short. The question is how long will they last, some batteries fail before use or the expiration date, we will see. I use them for back-up power in smoke detectors.

I have eight smoke detectors in my home. One started beeping and I went to buy a 9 volt. I was surprised at the cost. I found these on the Walmart site and bought a pack of 12 to be delivered to the store for my pick up. At the cost of $10.00 for 12 was about the cost of two in some stores. Replace the beeping battery and all is well

Don't look to be heavy duty-- one of them was dead - for the price i guess its not too bad-- probably wouldn't buy again though
