ZWILLING - Henckels Four Star 12-pc Knife Block Set - Brown

Love this knife set. Knives are sturdy and easy to sharpen. I simply wash by hand and dry immediately afterwards. Since I live in a damp climate, I rub a thin layer of vegetable oil on the blades. Thus far, these have been the best knives I've ever owned

I've been using this set since November and I love it. It was a great deal at one of the Zwilling factory stores and it is by far the best set of knives I've ever owned. I am absolutely sold on German forged knives now. On a side note the tote bag I received after buying the knives is my moms absolute favorite. It seems to be as durable as the knives.

This particular set I received as a gift from my employer for my 20 Year recognition. I had other fine gifts to choose from but immediately chose these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set sharpness cannot be matched! The reputation is more of a 5 star, the only thing lacking would be a sharpener....& or, for the missing slots, I assume 2 more steak knifes & what else would be needed?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this set fora work anniversary gift. I am pleased with the overall performance of the knives. I thought it odd though that the knife black had three extra slots and no knives in them. The block seems to have been made for a set with more knives.
