ZWILLING - Henckels Porterhouse 4-pc Steak Knife Set in Beechwood Box - Beechwood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good steak knife set to have. The knifes stay sharp so they don't need a lot of maintenance. I wasn't sure if I'd like a slimmer steak knife since I'm used to using bulkier ones, but these knifes are very precise and efficient. The black handles have faded a bit since I got the set two months ago. That doesn't seem to happen with my other Zwilling knifes. The beechwood box is a nice edition to the set.

They did not disappoint, they cut beautifully even with the thickest steaks and after using them at our home our second son put them on his wedding registry!

These Zwilling Porthouse knives are very sharp and have the right amount of heft. I received these as a gift and would probably not have chosen them myself, given my experience with an older set of knives from J. A. Henckels, which I regard as mediocre. Wanted to get nicer steak knives for such a long time but couldn't find something that fits my budget with great quality. Finally saw this one on BBB last week and decided to snap it. The knives came in a nice wooden box which is great for storage as well as display. The knives are up to Zwilling's standards. Even came with a warranty!
