ZWILLING - Henckels TWIN Signature 3-pc Starter Knife Set - Stainless Steel

Online you show two versions of the 30723-162 as part of this set. One with a straight blade after the finger protector, and one where the blade curves up after the finger protector. I received the one with the curved blade, which limits the amount of the blade that can be used to cut. Also the set is not well balanced. I expected better from Zwilling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great all around knives for the kitchen the blade sock is very thin and slicy yet the steel is strong enough to handle it the palms will can feel awkward at first but is actually beneficial as far as stability and control!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these knives as a gift and have been pleased. The utility and paring knives in this set are quite handy and flexible. I used both when butchering and found the utility knife especially useful for boning tasks. The chef's knife lacks a bit of the heft that I'd prefer for tasks like chopping onions, but it can obviously do that job. I found it, and both other knives in the set, comfortable to hold. I also found the slimmer blade to be much more adept at slicing meat and prefer it to my old chef's knife for that task. I'd definitely recommend these knives as a practical way to fill out a kitchen set. The price point makes them a great buy or gift, especially for someone just starting out in their kitchen looking for quality tools without spending a bunch of money
