ZWILLING - Pro 17-pc Knife Block Set - Brown

I researched so many sets and this one had the most usable knives in my opinion. I use each one fairly equally and my favorite are the hollow edge especially when chopping or slicing potatoes. I've had this set for 3 years now and would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants razor sharp knives that feel great in your hand. Perfect! The only thing tricky is using the sharpening rod.

The bread knife is the best I've ever had during my years of prepping meals. My new set will be the last knife set I'll ever need. The swilling Pro line of kitchen knives really is the best of the best! I love their german knives in general but the elegance of the pro line is unsurpassed. the gentle curve of the bolster makes them extremely ergonomic and encourages you to hold your knife tin the most efficient way. The 6 steak knives are primo, the best, bar non, but they are pricy alone. this really adds to the value of the set. the assortment of knives includes 3 different pstyle and sized paring knives and 2 sizes of my new favorite the santokus.
