[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First things first, since the first thing you do is put it in your mouth lol...the pill has a taste that I did not expect. Not bad necessarily, I just didn't think about it having the lavender taste to it and was unprepared. I didn't think anything of it on subsequent uses. About 25-30 minutes after taking the melatonin, I was feeling very relaxed and ready for bed. I had no issues falling asleep or staying asleep. And when I woke the next morning, I didn't feel like I had to drag myself out of bed like I usually do. I felt more awake. So that was cool. All in all, Vick's is a solid brand and they've got another quality product in the Pure Zzzs Extended Release Melatonin.

I have problems with waking up every hour or so so this is great to get me a couple hour chunk of sleep and if I do happen to wake up I can fall right back.
