I don't know where the other reviewers got their glazed donuts, but my Walmart makes the best! I love the glazed and the chocolate frosted. They are made fresh daily and if you go early in the day, they melt in your mouth. Makes me drool just writing this. My only complaint is that the calorie count is not on the label so I've been counting them at 230 ea. I hope that's high and I'm actually not overdoing the calorie intake. If you store them for several days they WILL turn into what hubby calls, "Dunkers." But consumed on the day of purchase, Lovely!
Unfortunately, these doughnuts are very delicious. The taste compares with the famous KK pastries, but these doughnuts are a better value - especially when purchased on sale - and are a little larger. Like the previous reviewer noted...They are sticky. Maybe... it's because of the SUGAR?? If I were purchasing again for my family or for a larger group, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this brand. My husband and visiting family have loved them. Stack them under a pretty cake dome...and see how long they last!
These donuts are the softest fluffiest donuts ever!!! They are everything you'd want a donut to be. Chocolate is really the way to go!
Until now. Even my dog was reluctant to eat the other half. I tried warming it up.. no help. Shame. There are some products that just need to be left to the experts. This is one. Dry, cakey, sticky, cardboard-ish flavor. Stale. Do a donut a favor and don't make any more of these dense little monsters. They do not deserve to be called donuts. In fact, my carton says, glazed rings. Little more appropriate but there is no real use for them. They are inedible. The 'photo tips' section says not to post obscene photos.. this is borderline.
I do not recommend this product to anyone! It was sticky, gross and was not delightful at all! It was a good price but i would not buy again.
These donuts are heavy,sticky and overly sweet. The flavors are completly off. The glaze is not nice. I bought a variety box of bakery donuts. None of them where good.
