We own this booster in a different print, but the body is the same. It's the best investment in my daughter's safety that I can think of. She is now 6 years old, and she's been in this since she was just a little over 3 yrs old. We have two of them, but they are super easy to just pick up and hand off for use in a different car. What I love best about this -- the TWO nice cupholders that fold in when not in use. The nice comfy ARM rests, which fold up or down (for easily getting in and out of the seat) armrests which are sometimes absent on other seats. AND that it folds up, and you can travel with it. We have a carry bag that is made for this seat, and I would advise to purchase one -- search online, you will find it, it's maybe $20 or less and worth every penny....has a long strap and you can just carry it over your shoulder, leaving hands free for tending to your child or carrying other items. We took the booster on air travel and checked it on the plane, inside the carry bag. It was just fine and then we had it when we got to the grandparents house 3000 miles away! It is very plush -- consider the number of hours your child might be sitting on their little bottom in the car -- would you like a hard uncomfortable seat under your bum? This one is super for long long hours of travel. Can't say enough good things about this seat, it is well made, the covers are nice and cushiony, not cheesy cheap fabric like some other seats -- bottom line, a great price for a great seat. What's more important than your little person's safety!?! BUY IT. :)
this was a great seat, nicely padded, great price, and got the 5 star rating. unfortunatly, we had to return it because of my sons weight. by ohio law, he has to wiegh 40 pounds to be in this seat and hes a slim 30 and doesnt seem to be in any hurry to put on more.
Love it!!! The only thing that I would like even better is if this had hooks on the back of the booster seat to secure to my car seat just to keep it more stable in the seat. Other then that, my 4 1/2 year old loves it. Super soft and comfortable. Head rest is perfect for naps and the entire seat is so easy to adjust, and fold up to put away. Love it!!!
This is a great booster seat. It has the 5 star rating from NTSA. It is easy to take in and out and folds up if you need that kind of thing for travel. It has arm rest cup holders and best of all there is a nice headrest with lots of padding for when they fall asleep . My son's head doe not fall forward. He is very comfortible in this seat and he loves it. If you have a newer car like we do, and you have a seat belt that comes out of the roof of the car, the seat can sit in the middle of the backseat, instead of behind the drivers or passenger seat, where it is safest for a car seat to be in a vehicle.
I REALLY like my daughter's new booster. We will be embarking on a 2-day trip from MO to FL and I wanted something more comfortable and more secure than her little booster that only uses the lap belt and has no back. This provides a place for her to rest her head when she falls asleep, she seems to be very comfortable in, and the arm rests that raise up/down are very handy. Cupholders are also good for small toys. I feel like she will be safer in this seat and I am very pleased with this product. More cushioning and more comfortable than the Graco seats we've had in the past for my older children.
My son had a Britix car seat for 5 years. Once he outgrew the weight limit I wanted something as nice but larger. This seat is as nice as the $250. Britix one he outgrew. He loves it and says it is very comfy. I think it is worth spending a little extra for your child to be comfortable. He has never complained about having to ride in a car seat and I think that is because of the quality of the ones we have prvided for him.
I did a lot of research before choosing a booster seat for my 4.5 year old son. I was hesitant to take him out of a harness, but he was getting too tall for the harnessed car seats we already had. We are VERY happy with the Compass boosters we purchased from Walmart online. Very easy to adjust the height and switching from car to car is a breeze. My son loves the two drink holders and the arm rests. He looks comfortable and I am happy with how the seat belts hit him right where they are supposed to.
I really like this car seat. My daughter looks very safe, and comfy in it. We got it for a very long car trip, and it looks as though it is going to keep her very safe, and very comfy at the same time. It's very easy to put into the car, and she seems to like it a lot too. I would recommend this car seat to others. I believe that it is going to last a long time as well.
Nice inexpensive booster seat. Very easy to use and move from car to car. Kid also loves it with his own arm rests and cup holders. Lacks only slightly in comfort/padding/head guard area. Larger cup-holders would have been nice for fatter sippy cups.
I brought this for my daughter. she likes it so much..especially for long trip she can sleep in it comfortably....The only thing i didn't like is the color...it is black color..in picture it looks like brown..i preferred brown since it matches my car seat color and the other toddler seat i have in the car...But sure this one is easy to carry..
