The live action adaptation of the animated series The Flintstones comes to DVD with a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. English soundtracks are rendered in both Dolby Digital Surround, and DTS 5.1. There are neither subtitles nor closed-captions on this release. Supplemental materials include a documentary on the making of the film, trailers, and an advertisement for the soundtrack. This is a fine release from Universal Studios.
