The Movie reminds me of when I was a kid when the whole family would gather around the black and white t.v. and my mom would let us stay up later than normal just to watch Don Knotts play in this scary movie.
Definitely a funny oldie!
The plot is silly, the town too squeeky clean, and the outfits are dated. But when you have Don Knotts at the helm, it all works beautifully. He is one of the very few performers that can be funny reading a 1040 form. I have been so lucky growing up watching him on TV & Films though the years. And all of his work can be rated "G" for GREAT!
It was just as I remembered it from my childhood. Fun and classic at the same time.
Very funny light movie, dvd played well.
We've been watching this film, every Halloween for years! Unfortunately our VHS copy finally gave up the ghost, so we replaced it with this dvd. My only wish is that it would be available in Blu-Ray, but I wasn't able to find it.
Don Knotts is hilarious, as always!! One of his best movies by far! This man lets you know his feelings just with his expressions. We laughed and laughed!
very funny movie!! watched it when i was a kid and now my daughter loves it..
Love this movies! BUT, My DVD was broken when it arrived. The last few movies that we have received have had broken or bent DVD cases. Sometimes the movies work, Sometimes they don't.
This is a great fun clean movie .. excellent choice for girl night or seniors luncheon . Plenty of laughs ...lots of stars in their prime
