In the vein of super hero movies such as The Mummy, this one holds it's own with a decent story line, character development, lots of action, lots of fancy turn of the century gadgets that didn't exist then. The actors are good, the punch lines amusing enough to hold attention with good humor to keep the movie upbeat and it's a Sean Connery movie. It's a favorite worth adding to your DVD collection.
