Frank and Christine Zane take a honest informative approach to encourage the need to exercise and do so with a simple no-nonsense approach. The pictures demonstrating exercises stress proper form and "feel." Reading the book get you feeling they are talking on-on-one with you. The don't get into a lot of bodybuilding terminology and it's not all about them. You are made to feel like they are glad to share their knowledge with the reader.
