Product is very comfortable! Make sure you put your springs in top bottom and then middle makes it the easiest getting the springs in. Also, make sure the springs are all the way to the top and bottom otherwise the springs buckle in the middle where they meet.
When ordering the mattress I was under the ideal that as any other mattress comes fully assembled this would too. I had no idea you could "build-a-mattress", as this is. It came in cardboard box! Yes it is fairly comfortable to my surprise. I thought assembling a mattress would take the feel of the pillow top away. It does to an extent but not as bad as my initial fears of receiving a mattress in a BOX.
I bought this mattress about a year ago. It was very uncomfortable and I woke up each morning with back pains. I would not recommend this! I got rid of it after I owned it around 7 months because I couldn't handle it any longer.
