Special Usage Instructions: Gift Card orders of over $250 or more than 25 cards require activation. You will receive an email with instructions on how to activate these cards upon arrival. If you do not activate your cards, they will not be usable. When purchasing gas, please pay inside rather than at pump. This Card cannot be used to withdraw cash at ATM or POS locations. The Card does not have a PIN number and cannot be used at locations that require the use of a PIN. In stores, select 'Credit' as a transaction type when presenting card at checkout. Warranty Information: The value of the Gift Card plus the purchase price of the Gift Card is refunded if you cancel within 30 days of purchase and you have not used the Gift Card. You can cancel within 30 days of purchase at www.walmartgift.com or by calling toll-free 1-866-633-9096. If you desire to cancel or liquidate the Gift Card after 30 days of purchase or after the Card is used, then you may do so, but you will not receive a refund of the purchase price and you will be charged a liquidate fee of $5.00. Additional Fees: A service fee of $0.94 per month will be applied beginning on the 13th month from the day of purchase.
