I love my Brother Sewing Machine!
it's a little heavier than I expected, and a lot noisier than my other Brother machine. other than that, it's ok.
I'm enjoying my machine
ABSOLUTELY love this machine. does everything but surge, well it does kinda surge but not like a surger.
I like the placement of the spool of thread. I like the ease of sewing. I like the choices of stitches and patterns. I love it!
I thought I did not get the correct machine.....but I found the extension laying on top of my piano.......was my face red. NOW I am ready to sew, and I am going to love using this machine, and it had everything I was looking for and what I wanted, the price was good to boot.
very noisy machine, especially on thicker materials. makes bird nests if you do not hold thread when starting seam. skips on thicker seams. sews well on average materials.
Maybe I got a lemon. I had a similar brother machine that lasted me 15 years and a lot of use (mostly by my mom who is a master seamstress and sews a lot when she visits me). When it finally died I bought this one. I used it on one small project (little girls dress) with my mom and it broke. Returned it. Things just aren't made the same I guess.
I have owned several Brother machines in this range. This machine broke down within 3 months. So very disappointed. (Ordered in September. Used for a week at purchase and then not again until mid December. Died in a week.) 🙁
I bought this machine and plastic accessoriy is broken I have to return this item immediately Unfortunatelly
