Horrible quality. It fell off a shelf after 2month old and blades broke apart. Called warranty dept. and was told it's not covered and only offered 20% off new model. Horrible customer service. Lousy product. Won't buy con-air again!
I bought this same model a few years ago, and it was great until it broke. Something with the swivel head become not aligned properly, and it basically pulls the hairs out rather than cuts them. So I purchased it again here and this time it was broken right out of the box, same problem. I then looked online and saw that several people had the same experience. I guess I was lucky to get a few years out of the previous one! Very disappointing and now the seller here, pcCRUSH, has a 15% restocking fee and will not pay shipping to return a defective order.
