I purchased this shaver with the intention of using it periodically to handle the times I was unable to use my standard foam and razor. To my surprise I was delighted with the closeness of shave and ease of cleaning that I started to use this unit full time. I now have purchased a second unit to keep in the glove compartment just in case I need to shave before an important meeting or event. The unit is of good quality and feels very sturdy when handles.
I have a number of electric shavers from several popular brands, including 2 other from Panasonic. This performs as well as the more expensive, but bulkier model. I also have the other travel model, the one in black color, from Panasonic and I think that one is not as good as this. It gives a smoother cut.
I already own a single blade Panisonic wet/dry shaver that I'm happy with, I bought this one as a back up and have been using it daily for a Three week trial period. it is easy to use and gives me a close shave, I like the fact that you can use it anywhere because it uses 2 AA batteries which will last for a lot of shaves, depending on the brand of batteries you use, "for best results I recommend Duracell Copper Top batteries", I am extremely satisfied with it and would not hesitate to purchase another one when in the market for another shaver
Compact & cordless can be used wet or dry. Good close shave with a precise line-important when you have a beard.Small enough to manoeuvre all areas of the face with enough cutting surface to quickly do the job. Easy to clean & travels well.This is my second one-the first one still runs after12 years but I put two holes in the foil. At this price with free shipping, a brand new one was cheaper than replacing the foil & cutting blades.
It doesn't shave super close unless you press hard against your face. My main concern is that it takes several passes to shave the same area. I have another Panasonic shaver as my daily and it is better at overall shaving.
This is a 'small' 'just-right' Traveler. Takes 2-Batteries, so NO cords, boxes, etc. to PACK...(yeah) Shaves GR8...NOT for everyday...imo...yet perfect for a Short-Trip, et al.
This little shaver is easy to use, easy to clean, shaves close, and last a decent time on a set of batteries. Its only problem is that it does not have a built-in trimmer. That's a problem if you plan to use this on a trip - you will need a separate trimmer.
Versatile wet or dry battery shaver. Best use is for touch ups on that 5-o'clock shadow or a quick shave, but not as your main shaver. Perfect for the office or overnight bag.
Doesn't work at all on the neck either wet or dry, either before or after shower. Works a bit better on face. My trusty double blade is way better and takes about the same time. Returning and absorbing the return shipping charges. Never going to buy anything online which I may end up returning.
Tried for a month. Was in hopes the wet/dry shave would be good. Had to go over and over to get close shave an then there was no comparison to a blade shave. Lost my paperwork or I would send back.
