I admit...I am a newbie to insoles, but when I put these babies in my high heels - I was in HEAVEN!! I typically have to be careful what heels I wear depending on how long I have to wear them - and these make the comfort, cushion and support soooo much better! Grateful to find them!!
Didn't absorb much shock. Fair performance
does not fit entire length of shoe and I have a size 6.5 ( small feet). The product keeps slupping to front of shoe making the support in the wrong area and uncomfortable also!
