When I bought this pro controller I was impatient waiting for it to arrive. The fact I love Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and love the design of the pro controller. The pro controller came in the official Nintendo box and was brand new! and To everyone who saying that's it a fake pro controller just because of the Nintendo switch logo not being in the middle it's very important to look at the back of the pro controller and if it has the Nintendo logo on the back of the pro controller than it's real because if it wasn't real it wouldn't have the Nintendo logo on the back. Also unofficial Nintendo switch controllers do not update on the switch
My grandkids love to play the switch. Boys have their own pro controllers but six year old granddaughter did not. When we saw this one in the pink we had to get it. She will be thrilled!

I was very happy to get this at a decent price better than eBay or Amazon!
This controller was not available in stores anymore by the time I had discovered and played through Xenoblade 2, so I was ecstatic to find it here at a reasonable price. It's a beautiful controller inspired by Pyra's character. Love the dark raspberry pink handles and the green ink on the buttons. Just like other pro controllers, it's comfortable to use over extended periods of time and has excellent battery life.
Completely Authentic with the “THX 2 ALL GAME FANS” on the motherboard above the right analog stick, and in nearly perfect condition when it arrived. I had some troubles with the left analog stick getting stuck on the sides of the casing, but it was an easy fix by loosening the screws on the back just a teeny bit.
the controller had great design, but i'm pretty sure it's fake. good quality but some noticeable differences like the rumble being *VERY* weird, some of the buttons having a weird texture and some of the buttons protruding more than a real pro controller. honestly it's fine quality but i was expecting a real controller, hence the 3 stars. i don't want to risk it breaking and not having purchase protection if it is fake, otherwise if that's not a concern for you then it's a fine controller that is much cheaper than what anyone else is selling
This is 100% false. They remade these controllers to appear to work in most ways but cannot fake updating the controller. I mean…it's 2022 and these came out in 2017, as well as almost half the price for a normal switch pro controller. You can tell by plugging the USB into the switch and have it be wired for sending data to your switch. You'll see the switch cannot update or recognize it.
COUNTERFEIT ITEM! This controller is not manufactured by Nintendo! Signs this is a counterfeit: 1. Switch Logo is not centered 2. Rumble is way louder and makes a rattling sound. 3. Grips on this controller are extremely shiny and the legitimate controller is more matte finish 4. Reset (pair) button on top of controller sticks out from controller, real controllers have a recessed reset (pair) button 5. and - buttons stick out way more than they do on legitmate pro controllers
I generally dont like to give low ratings for anything but the way this product was delivered I just had to mention this for others to be careful (specially ordering something like an older controller from Walmart) Firstly the delivery took more than a month with shipment date moving all around the place, secondly the product was a non US version (beware collectors looking for US version you wont find it here) and finally the controller box that the controller came in was crumpled on all the edges. This is something I had not expected from Walmart and will be careful going forward in ordering something like this from Walmart.
This is 100 percent a fake controller. Even for a fake, it's a bit overpriced. The battery is smaller. The joysticks are a cheaper very janky model. The rumble packs in the grips are replaced with much cheaper ones.
