Make sure you buy from the right source. I bought from Amazon and the shipment came smashed. I buy online from Walmart and have it shipped to my home. I was introduced to this product when diagnosed with Co-Vid19 and this supplement does what it says for stress and fatigue.
I first became acquainted with bio-strath when I lived in Switzerland in 1975. Since then I have used it after having each of my children to recover faster, and gave it to all my kids. Bio-strath is brewer's yeast grown on a soup of a great many wonderful herbs. The cells are then allowed, through fermentation, to naturally burst, releasing all the good stuff within. Then they add honey and orange juice. One tblsp of this equals a full tablespoon (15 grams) of brewer's yeast, it is full of naturally occurring b-vitamins and wonderful herb components. It is expensive, but genuinely worth it.
I've had this on and off for the last 20 years and always love the taste (kind of old fashioned in a really good way) and the way it makes me feel. Will keep getting it for the next 20 years.
I can't ever be without this. It's delicious and has some wonderful old-world flavor that makes you feel great.
