The car seat came already put together even though there were instructions to put it together if needed. The stroller was not hard to put together at all. My friend and I (both pregnant) put it together fairly quickly. I love the adjustable handle on the stroller. The ease of putting it up and down is wonderful as well. Also, the car seat is able to be used without the base. The more I look at other carseats, the more I see that this is not the norm. I am extremely satisfied with the look of the whole system as well as the quality. I would recommend it to everyone!!!
It took me no time (at 9 months) to assemble the stroller. I really like the fabric, it's even cuter in person. The stroller and esp the wheels seem sturdy and turn very easily. I like the wheel lock on the back you just touch it with your foot instead of pushing a lock down on each back wheel. The car seat is simple to install. The only thing is, I bought a diff. head protector for the car seat, the one that comes with it isn't comfy enough for a newborn, but will still do just fine if you can't get a diff one. Baby is going to be here any day now!!
I ordered this travel system online and it arrived in perfect shape today via UPS. (Took about a week to arrive.) I was very happy to see that the pattern and color was vibrant and beautiful. Not at all obnoxious on the eyes. It took my mother and I about fifteen minutes to assemble. The directions were very good, but the assembly was so easy it could have been done without them. The stroller seems very sturdy and roomy for my baby that is due this summer. The stroller is not very heavy, and turns on a dime. Even with the car seat locked in place, the stroller pushes like it weighs nothing. The adjustable handle is wonderful, too. I am 5 ft. 2 in. and love that it can be easily adjusted (by pushing two buttons) for my husband to use, who is 5 ft. 11 in. The car seat locks into place effortlessly, and is easy to remove from the stroller or the car seat base. And the handle to recline the stroller seat is so smooth I do not think it would wake a sleeping child. I did notice that the picture above makes the frame of the stroller and the wheels look white, but they are actually a light tan/ cream color, which is wonderful because it matches the rest of the system. The only other thing that I noticed that was not quite as advertised was the undercarriage basket. The picture shows that the basket is enclosed right behind where the child rests his/her legs. Mine was not. However, the bend in the front of the seat covers the opening, making it nearly impossible for anything to fall out. Plus, the basket slopes toward the back of the stroller, still deep enough to keep things from falling out. definitely something I can live with. And the basket is large enough to store many things for my baby. The stroller folds easily, but is not the most compact. It is still long and a little bulky once folded, but after months of being so picky and searching for just the right travel system, I can deal with a little bulk. Overall, the entire system is just completely fabulous. I am very, very happy and can't wait to use it.
My husband and I had been shopping for the "perfect" stroller- car seat combo, and we spotted this one and it fit both of our needs. He wanted something "earthy" and I had to have something with light blue or teal. The handle had to be adjustable, I'm just over 5 feet tall and he's 6' so the same setting wouldn't work for us. We got it home, and in about 3 minutes the stroller was set up (he didn't even read the directions) it was very self explanitory. The whole set is beautiful and we couldn't have asked for anything nicer.
We love this item! The color scheme is wonderful and it pratically unfolds out of the box. There is very little extra you have to do. The combo unit is extremely convenient. We had our eyes on another graco color scheme and it went out of style or they just stopped carrying it. This scheme is very similar but the price was 30 dollars higher and I didn't understand why, but other than that we are very pleased!
I have not used this product yet but i love it already!!! It was Easy to put together and other then having to read the book to learn how to ue some of it right this is great! Its very different from the older carseat stroller combos its BETTER! The Handle bar addjusts which is GREAT since i am 5'3 adn my husband is 6'4 it realy comes in handy the stroller rolls around GREAT!! my 2 year old pushes her dollys in it and it is easy for her to manuver I will recomend this to everyone! The canopys also over lap each other when the car seat is in the stroller an the stroller has a HUGE window on top so you can see everything!
I'm so happy with this purchase! First of all, the colors are so much more beautiful in person! It goes great for a boy or girl and is very trendy. The stroller is very easy to fold up, especially when you only have one free hand. The carseat goes in and out of the stroller without a problem. It's not too heavy and the carseat is also a major plus! It comes with a headrest and you can adjust the straps from the front which makes it much easier. Graco is by far the best brand I've ever used.
I was givin this set off my baby registry! I love it! I have used it for almost a year at fairs, carnivals, vacations, and just for everyday use. It has a great basket and has 3 PERFECT cupholders, I especially love the little cubby for me to stash money in. (between the top 2 cupholders) My only complaint is when I am shopping I mean "REALLY BUYING A LOT" ocassionally the basket comes down but it is usually fixed by just pulling it back up. Overall GREAT BUY!
We looked everywhere for a travel system we liked. The front harness adjustment was a MUST HAVE, since we live in Florida, light colors were a MUST HAVE, the weight of the system was a determining factor as well as ease of use; in and out of the carseat base, off and on the stroller. I can tell you everything is EXACTLY what were wanted. The only other front harness adjustable we could find was Eddie Bauer at Target. It was front harness adjustable, but the colors were darker, it was a pain to get off the base and we couldn't figure out how to open the stroller or how to get the carrier off the stroller once we got it on there, and the carrier did not lock down like on this Wonderful Graco!! Eddie Bauer was MUCH heavier as well. I recommed this to ANYONE and EVERYONE who's as picky as I am. Be careful buying because of the picture on the box. We originally bought another one because we thought it had front harness adjustment in the front due to the picture, got it home and found it didn't. The ONLY thing we would change about this particular system is the color. We like it, but we preferred the Tan. Overall this is! "Almost Perfect!"
I bought this for my new neice that is due in Feb. My sister in law had a good idea by picking a stroller with this color. If she has a boy one day the stroller can still be used. It was difficult putting the stroller down and putting it back up. There are alot of steps you have to follow. But we finally got the hang of it.
