We bought this car seat for our 2 year son. He absoluetly loves it. He thinks he is such a big boy sitting in it. THe only thing that I don't like is the arm rest fall off too easliy. This is one of the main reasons we bought it. But over all we love it.
We bought this wanting a carseat the was inexpensive yet still was something we felt safe putting our son in. This car seat is great! Aiden loves it and after the first time (took us like 20 min) the installation is a breeze. The only issue with this carseat is that the cup holders come off quite easily. Other than that, its a great value!
I bought this when my daughter was two. She is now 3 and we have had this for about a year. It has held up great! She never complains when she has to ride on long trips (over 4hrs) and loves the pillow. The cup holder and snack tray fit on easily and the cover is easy to remove and attach as well and easily washed. My daughter gets carsick so it has gone through many washes and still looks brand new! The only problem is the metal piece that holds the straps to the back of the chair is a lil hard to take off (in order to remove the cover to wash it) but once you know how its very easy. I figured it out on my own within 5min cause it explains how in the directions. If you just read them its very easy to do. Its adjusted great as shes grown. I'm very glad I bought this, it has held up wonderfully and the price was great!
I purchased this car seat for my son nearly two years ago. It has held up very well. Cleans up easily with a damp cloth and a vaccuum and is easy to take apart for a full washing of the cover. It's not too bulky either. The best feature is the very easy to adjust straps that can be maneuvered simply while my son is sitting in the seat. It helps especially in the winter when he is wearing bulkier clothes and needs a little more space. Great price - great value!
I purchased this seat when my neice was about a year old. I figured it was a great deal because I wouldn't have to buy a larger car seat and then turn around and buy a booster seat when she was bigger. The seat is great. We've been using it now for almost 2 years and it is still in perfect condition. I don't use the cup or snack holder only because they make the seat too wide and i'd have to take them off to let someone sit next to her. I love that it has the adjustment for the strap right in front, it makes it very easy to adjust depending on what she is wearing. The only thing I don't like is actaully adjusting the straps as she gets older (moving them to the higher holes) is a pain, but that's a pain with any seat. We're looking forward to taking the straps off soon so she can use the seat as a booster with a regular seat belt. I like that I can still keep the latch system attached so the seat will not move if I have to stop short or we get in an accident. Overall it's a great seat and I have never had a problem with it.
My son is smaller so he was in the carrier until age 1 so we went directly to this when we could and it was so simple to put together and I like how you can quick adjust the strap to tighten or loosen from the front. The only problems we had were that we didn't get the shoulder pads I don't think but I wouldn't have used them anyways and the cup holder would be nice but it falls off pretty easily and my son wouldn't be able to reach it anyways if we did keep it attached, but for the price of it compared to all the other seats is great
We just bought this seat for my 4 yr old who is 40lbs. and 42 in. He loves it!! He says it is very comfortable. He loves the cup & snack holders. And I love how easy it is to use and how light it is, it also is smaller than the last car seat we had. Overall I think it is a great seat for the price!!
We bought this seat when my irst son was 10 months old last year. Its a great seat for the price. The only thing I don't like is it does not recline, When my son falls asleep his head leans into his lap. But I do recommend it!
I bought this for my first child 2 years ago. Liked it enough to buy another for my second child. They have made it even better since then-the fabric cover stays on better and is eveneasier to get on and off. My kids are tall and thin and it fits them very well. We don't use the cup/snack holders, but it is nice to have them if we need them. My favorite feature is that you can adjust the straps while the kids are in the seat-great for accomodating bulky clothes, or for gently removing a sleeping child. I haven't found a better price for the same features.
I purchased this because I needed to get another car seat for another vehicle that I purchased. My new car has black interior, so I didn't want some gaudy carseat color. The black and blue scheme of this complimented my vehicle's interior nicely. It was also very reasonably priced (so that I could justify having a carseat for each of my two vehicles). I am using this in a convertible, so the fact that the pillow is only attached at the top made it so that the pillow flapped in the breeze when my son wasn't using the car seat. I fixed this with safety pins. Ease of use is decent. It doesn't provide "on the fly" adjustment of the shoulder height like some of the other car seats I've used, but it was easy enough to pop out the metal pieces and adjust it. The chest buckle is a bit stiff to operate, but do-able. The main buckle functions fine. I like the extra removeable "seat padding" as well as the armrests. I haven't attached the cupholder or snack holder yet, because I don't want my son making a mess w/ his juice or snacks in the car. All in all, good price/features/functionality.
