I bought the sm/med size clear Clear Passage strips. I have used Breathe Right strips for years and they work very well. The Clear Passage strips do not stick no matter how well I wash and de-grease my nose before applying. I followed the instructions carefully two nights, and the adhesive would not hold. Also, the adhesive left a greasy residue on my nose. One star is too high a rating for this product, but that is the lowest I could give it.
