To date, my wife has been VERY pleased with this hair dryer and it's application to her fine hair.
Sounds like a contradiction, but while I love the way the dryer dries, how it leaves my hair, and esp. that the barrel has a narrower hole than most so you can get up under bulk, to the roots and give lift, the design of the handle is frustrating. The control switches are on the outside of the handle where the meaty part of your palm touches, so when you move the dryer, it shuts off...repeatedly. How that was design tested and did not produce the same results is remarkable. Each time I hold the dryer and turn or angle it, I must consciously make sure not to grasp it (comfortably) in such a way that too much pressure is applied to the switches. I shut it off at least once per use. Still, I'll keep it because I really don't like most of the other dryers I've seen out there and this product really does leave hair silky soft, with bounce. Having colored hair, it never comes our dry, now. Maybe next model they'll fix the design issue? That would result in a near perfect product.
I had a hair dryer for over 20 years, after it finally quit I bought this it lasted maybe 2 months!!!!!
