I just recently began using this cleanser and love it. As a teen I had acne, and as a 55 year old I am blessed with good skin because of all that oil when I was younger, Anyways, this product is wonderful. I even feel comfortable going out without makeup at times, when before I never would have. I recently found this product on sale (an amazingly great one at CVS) and when I went back the next day to stock up, found only 2 bottles on the shelf. I wanted more and I began to haunt other CVS.
This wonderful cleanser is the first and only product to give me clear skin! I finally am ok with being seen without makeup on! I even notice that if I travel and forget my cleanser my acne comes back! Please I beg of you, don't discontinue this cleanser!!! PLEASE!!!! It's amazing! Why would you stop making something that works so well???
i'm the type that uses so many different products with no success. but i can honestly say this one has worked for me. i've only had this cleanser 3 days and i can already see an improvement with my pore size. the only thing i can say i don't like about it is that it has sodium laureth sulfate. depending on the amount in it, it can dry the skin but not that bad. i will buy this product again.
I was very skeptical before trying this product, because it contains ingredients that normally irritate my skin, but I am pleasantly surprised. I have not broke out at all, and my skin looks amazing. Although I use this product before I go to bed and use a great moisturizer (L'Oreal Future-E) with it, my skin looks great. I've noticed small pores and my skin does not feel dried out like some cleansers do. Its great!!!
This product has not only minimize my pores, it has made my complexion brighter, smoother, and younger. My frineds tell me that I lookyouger every day. They keep asking for the exact facial creams I use for taking care of my skin. This cleanser is simple GREAT!
I use ALL Clarins products for my skin care with the exception of a Cleanser. I really love Skin Genesis Pore Minimizing Gel cleanser. It takes out all the make up that other products lines can't. I don't understand why L'Oreal wants to take this product off the market and replace it with other ones, if this ones works so well. I even tell the Clarins representatives that I have found a cleanser that for me works better than theirs. PLEASE DON'T DISCONTINUE THIS PRODUCT!
This is the ONLY product I have found that controls my adult acne! I have tried them all including proactive and none of them compare. Skin Genesis DOES reduce pore size and creates a healthy looking face. You can't find this product in stores anymore. So I went online and purchased multiples. Now it's getting harder to find it for sale online. I tried L'Oreals's other cleansing products and none of them work like this one. Once this product is gone, I'll have no reason to stick with L'Oreal.
I used the whole Skin Genesis line and liked this cleanser: it foams quickly, spreads easily, doesn't irritate the eyes, and smells great. Using all the products, my skin did appear refined, smoother, and smaller-pored. However, I always had the sense that my oily skin had not been properly cleansed.
A great product. I actually noticed a difference in the appearance of my pores; they are smaller and my face appears smoother. However, I've been having problems with the skin around my eyes overdrying due to the cleansers I use. This cleanser did the same to my eyes. So I decided to use it only every other day and use something milder in between. But overall it smells great and seems like it's working.
this cleanser feels great and leaves the skin soft and receptive to treatment, however, though it says ophtamologist tested, still left my eye area somewhat irritated. I like that it contains salicylic acid but I wish L'Oreal would take out the menthol and fragrance, those ingredients don't belong in products meant to be used around the eyes!
