I don't normally go around writing reviews about beauty products, but I am so thrilled and excited about it I wanted to share my raves about this serum! I still cannot believe how magical this product is. I have had wrinkles on my forehead due to too much sun, for years now. Nothing has ever worked. I started applying this product, a small drop on two fingers, to one side of my forehead. I swiped the serum on towards the left and as I moved my fingers back to the right, (we are talking one second here folks), I could literally see the wrinkles disappear, before my very unbelieving and Shocked eyes! I mean the second I applied the serum, I could see the transformation... instantaneously, centimeter by centimeter! I have used every product that I thought would work, applied patches, creams, lotions, gels, sprays, masks, you name it I've tried it and nothing ever took the forehead wrinkles away, not until this serum. I am still in awe of this Loreal Paris Youth Code Texture Perfector Serum Concentrate! My skin is also amazingly soft and smooth, my pores are almost invisible already and I look younger, a whole lot younger, than I did four days ago! Tonight, to top it all off, my youngest Son said, "Oh my gosh Mom, where did your wrinkles go?", and pointed to the center, between my brows, where I have always had wrinkles and I said why are they gone and he said yes! Even he noticed it! They say not everything works for everyone, and I can attest to that, but I am glad I kept looking until I found the 'magic' potion that works for me and my skin! Thank You Loreal Paris!

I bought this as my first serum ever based on good reviews. It does what it says and makes your skin so smooth. I have been using it for about a month. I noticed it has alcohol in it but I don't think that has bothered my skin. Though I have some pretty dry flaky skin on my nose so I avoid applying it there. I have combination skin with mild acne. I don't think this has helped my acne. I like this product.
I use this in the morning before I use my BB cream. Skin is smooth and no harsh smell
I like this serum for how it makes my skin feel. It softens my skin, and somehow makes it hold on to moisture longer than usual. Sadly, it hasn't made any visible difference in my pore size, which is what I was most looking forward to. It is nice not to need added moisture during the day. While I do use it, as you can see, I don't know that I'd repurchase it.
I bought a bottle of high-end serum last year and couldn't believe the difference it made in my skin. It was smoother, brighter, hydrated, and perhaps more healthy than firm. I was surprised that it genuinely worked, and yet I will never pay $190 for a tube of anything again in my life. Enter L'Oreal... I've tried a few drug store serums, and this is the first one that made a difference after barely a week of using it. While it feels more topical than a deep restoration, I can't deny that it helped to bring a uniformity to my otherwise patchy skin. It isn't dramatic, and it certainly doesn't achieve the same results as those ridiculously designer brands, but it doesn't come up short for the price. Remember this isn't a moisturizer, or a lotion. It has a silky texture that spreads thinly, so one squirt is all it takes. Anything more than that and you're just wasting the serum and your money.
I have only been using this serum for 10 days now and can already see an improvement in my skin. my face feels so soft and pores have been noticeably reduced. I can only hope for even more improvement with prolonged use of this product. pros: does not break me out nice subtle scent absorbs quickly cons: had to reduce to only using once a day because of slight redness appearing around check and nose area. since I have started using once a day have not had any more issues with redness I do use this product in conjunction with the loreal paris youth code day and night texture perfector cream.
I've been using this product for the last 2 years on and off. My skin loves it! It reduces the size of my pores and make my skin so soft. I have eczema so a face creamè and serum that keeps me hydrated without irritation is a must. Only down siDE is I wish there was a facial wash.
I always use this youth code serum without apply toner first after cleanse, is this the correct way although I do see improvement !!
Not a natural look at all, like the regular serum. Makes skin overly dry and it peels off like dandruff at the slightest rubbing.
