My son is 5 months old and has been using this seat for 2 weeks or so. He loves it. He's been getting antsy and not wanting to be on his back for long periods of time, and he can't sit up yet without support. This seat keeps him upright and entertained. He chews on the chewy toys and spins the spinny toys. It's great just to watch him. Mine actually came without setup instructions, but it wasn't too difficult to figure out. I've read that some people have had problems attaching the base... I, too, had problems aligning some of the holes, but after I switched around the pieces, I found that it made all the difference. It was easy to screw together after I did that. The tray section was really easy to figure out, and I don't have a problem with spinning it. It's true that babies would have problems, but I don't minding stopping for a moment and spinning it for him. I think the hardest part of setting it up was snapping in the toys. Someone mentioned that there isn't a handle.... actually, there is. On the underside of the detachable tray area is a built in handle. Just take out the snack cups (so they don't fall when you lift up the seat) and voila! It's light and easily moveable from one area to another. I have it on the floor for playtime and on the coffee table when I feed him. I'm sure as he reaches the toddler stage, this chair will be great as a booster seat at the table. My one complaint would be that I can't use just the chair and tray (like the bumbos and prince lionhearts). The spinny playtime part is fun, but if I wanted to take it off and just have a tray for feeding, it isn't possible. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this product :)
My daughter loves to sit up right now so we decided to look for a seat. When we found this one we loved it. I like that it cant tip over and that it has a high back and restraint so she wont fall out. She loves the little food trays. She bangs them around.
My son can sit very well in this seat. I also do not see him outgrowing it too soon. He loves to play with the toys included and can join us at supper time! We are very happy with this product!!
This is a really cute and versatile product. It really helps my 3 month old sit up since he's decided he needs to sit. Cute toys but they are a little difficult to snap into place. Other than that, it's great!
My Mother-in-law bought this for my son for Christmas. My son (4 months old) always wants you to hold him, if not he just screams. Making it very hard to take care of my other child. It was the best thing ever! He loves it! He figured it out very quickly and jumps like crazy laughing the whole time. I'm hoping the exercies will help with his fat legs :) wonderful exercise and it's fun! I can finally get some laundry done! Best buy EVER!
We bought this seat for our almost 4 month old.To help with her sitting up alone and it is wonderful.She is even reaching for the toys which she usually deosn't do.I have already taken so many pics and we've only had it for a day.She loves sitting in the seat,looking around and laughing with her big sister,She really enjoys this seat.
our daughter is 3 months old and loves to sit up so we looked at all the options and chose this one becouse it had the foam insert and the belt to keep her in and it was cheaper than all the other ones but when i got it home and put together with the bottom on i loved it that much more theres no way to tip it with the bottom on she loves this chair i'm so happy my mom is going out to get one
I like this much better than the bumbo seat. I bought this for a gift for a coworker. I like that this seat has a seatbelt and can grow with a baby. The tray with the toys are a nice bonus as well.
We love this!! We got this to make it easier to feed our daughter at family picnics and we get more use out of it since it coverts to a booster and its a new play toy for her!! My nephew was over, who's a month younger that our daughter, and he loved it too!! My sister is going to buy him one to. Now that my daughter is learning to move around herself she doesn't like it as much but that's where we put her for her meals even at home and she loves it!! We aren't buying her a high chair this sits on the table nice and doesnt take up a lot of room!!
I liked this product because my daughter just turned five months and likes to sit up but she can not sit up on her own yet. It is a good product because it helps me get things done around the house while she is in the Super Seat. I did not rate it excellent because in the picture I thought the Super Seat had more toys or at least toys that light up or make noise, but it doesn't so my daughter gets board quickly and starts to cry. As long as I put her in front of the TV or give her some of her own toys to play with she is okay. I probably would have been better off purchasing a bebePod, baby sitter, or a booster seat they are a little cheaper.
