Key Features and Benefits: Share Back-to-Back If sharing is your thing, the Samsung Galaxy S III is your phone. With S Beam, you can share large HD files in seconds - just touch compatible devices back-to-back. And you don't even need Wi-Fi or a cellular signal. Share Big As much as you like a crowd huddled around admiring your new phone, it won't be necessary with AllShare Play. Because now, you can play your music, videos and slide shows on any compatible HDTV or computer for all to see. Go big. Share Photos Instantly Share Shot lets you share your photos with up to five friends as you take them. What does this mean? You don't have to remember to share later; just share on the spot and forget it. Sharing has never been so much fun, so fast or so hassle-free. To get to the top of a list, just tap the top of your phone. Or if you're texting someone and want to call them, just put the phone to your ear. It doesn't get any smarter than that. Speak, and the Galaxy S III will Listen S Voice responds to your every voice command, acting as your on-board personal assistant to give you helpful, accurate information, dial phone numbers, send messages, open apps and more. It will follow your commands and answer your questions quickly and intelligently. You can tell your phone to wake you up, take a photo, answer a call, send a text message or play your favorite song. In fact, thanks to S Voice, you might never talk to real people again. Simplify any Task Samsung TecTiles is the short-hand way to operate your Galaxy S III. I find that companies like Samsung are the most INNOVATIVE of companies. Many of you features are INTUITIVELY inspired. The creativity and design of your products will keep your company in the #1 spot for a very long time. I would like to see if you could improve the speakers so that you phone can become a true MULTIMEDIA product. I would also like to see what can be done to add SOLAR features to extend battery life and additional WATER resistant features, which you can imagine is a hugh problem. Yes, more protection against the natural elements. I would like to see what can be done to resist breaks and cracks from DROPS (especially phone drops). All in all, you are doing a great job and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!I

I had the HTC EVO 3D before but through Virgin Mobile, so it was the HTC EVO V 4G. The Galaxy S3 can not even compare to this - the performance is great, folders look so much better, the internet is great, download speeds are fast, and I get better service than with my last phone. This phone also has a TON of features that actually work, such as voice command. Every time I use voice command for google search, it never gets what I'm saying wrong. The only thing I don't like about this phone is the battery life isn't great - it'll last through one day, but that's it. But at the same time, it charges very quickly. However, I have found that only my Samsung charger that came with the phone is capable of charging it. I tried 4 different/non-Samsung chargers are none of them worked. I do have a Life Proof case on it, and that may be the issue.

Got this phone to replace the Galaxy S II that was stolen. BIG Difference in the performance. I had talked a couple friends into getting the S II and they are happy with them. But when they take a picture and send it to me it is like looking at an old picture: grainy. My pictures I don't remember if I took it with my S III or my digital camera.

The S3 is the best smartphone I've ever owned. They've all been cheapies but the S3 (I bought it last year) even with two or three years past tech, blows A LOT of new smartphones on the market out of the water. I dropped this thing in my basement (concrete floor) and came away with a little ding on the bottom. No other damage to the case. No damage at all to the screen. The battery does drain quickly. I try to put it off as much as I can by using airplane mode when I'm not using my phone but even an hour or so of use will drop you down a hefty percentage.

I purchased this phone a few months back and I am extremely happy with my purchase. This phone is definitely worth the money as long as you are tech savy and use all of the amazing features it has to offer. The phone runs extremely smooth even with a bunch of apps still running, I've never had it freeze on me, and the display is top notch. The battery life is great and just as expected. I'm constantly texting and using the internet and I get a day or more off my phone which is fantastic. I definitely recommend this phone to anyone looking for a high quality smartphone device that's dependable.

This phone is great! It is the Prepaid King and is by a mile the best phone Virgin Mobile has to offer. I have had it for 2 weeks and it is very impressive! The processor is up to par with all of the new phones and gives little to no lag. The battery life is pretty good and can easily last a whole day with moderate use but playing games drains the battery a lot quicker. The phone can get a little hot with a ton of use though. The screen is big, beautiful, and better than any iPhone I've ever seen. 16 GB of storage is amazing and lasts for a while. I have had many other phones and they are all nothing compared to the galaxy. It is super smooth and I like the slim design of the phone but it's best to invest in a good case. It is fun to play games on and easy to work with a big screen!!! Even if it seems pricey I highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy SIII, it's worth every cent. The camera is beautiful and has so many useful, enjoyable features! The speakers sound good too. The 4G LTE is in my area and is super fast! I can not say enough good things about this phone!

As Good As It Gets

Originally I was dead set against obtaining a smart phone because I'm old-fashioned and don't care if a telephone comes with a back-scratcher or not. That said, the Galaxy S III is my first and I'm happy to say, it's changed my outlook completely because it is 1.) an easy to use and understand tool; and more importantly, 2.) it's fun! I never would have believed it unless I tried it, and now that I have I'm convinced this product is among the very best on this planet. For a neophyte such as myself, I was quickly impressed by the vast capabilities in such a compact device, and how well it performed. Graphics, for example, are crisp and the sensitivity to touch is just right; meaning, as smooth as glass. The phone feels like a highly polished stone that caresses my hand, and the snapshots it produces are outstanding. In fact, most don't believe that some of the pictures I took, because of their amazing detail, were captured on a cell phone. The phone's layout is as convenient as it is logical, and for those who tend to shy away from high tech "toys," this does the trick to satisfy even the most stubborn skeptics. Better still, my wife has gotten some much needed peace of mind because I'm finally carrying what could ultimately be a lifesaver. I check email, play games, visit websites, and have even watched things on Netflix. Incredible! Lastly, I never texted a single message before getting a Samsung, but have found it a very nice feature. Thanks for creating a terrific product! JAC PS: My brother-in-law has the S IV and loves it too.

At least on prepaid carriers. This was the top dog smartphone last year on contract carriers, beating out the iPhone 5 in magazine and benchmark tests. Large 4.8" AMOLED hi-def screen is easy to see and read. Bigger is better. 1.5 GHz dual core processor and 2GB RAM makes it very responsive and multitasking a breeze, there's even a "Power Saving" mode which doubles your battery life. 16GB internal storage, which about 11.5GB available to user means plenty of storage for apps. Android 4.0 and above won't allow apps to be moved to microSD card, so the more internal storage the better. Pictures, videos, and music can be saved to microSD card, which the phone can take up to a 64GB card, double the size of other phones. 8MP camera with flash is excellent, even has a burst mode like a D-SLR, and full HD 1080p video. Haven't used the front facing 1.9MP camera yet, nobody wants to video chat. "Smart Stay" feature uses that camera to track your eyes, so the phone display will stay "on" as long as you are looking at it. Phone quality is great and 4G LTE is fast if available in your area. It can read text messages out loud with the right downloaded app. Speaker is loud but in the back of the phone. HD videos look better than a plasma TV. A popular phone means no trouble finding accessories for it. This is a high end phone which can be suitable for a beginner. There is an "Easy Mode" and you can change the font size like on e-readers. Many pre-installed apps. mostly from Samsung, like "All Share", which links the phone to a Samsung TV or tablet wirelessly, allowing you to use the phone as a remote, or displaying pictures or videos on the TV/tablet. This phone is basically a mini tablet, that you have with you at all times. Comes with the Chrome browser as well as the Android browser (Chrome is faster), you can surf on WiFi or 4G LTE/3G. Also comes with DropBox and Google Drive(with Gmail account) for backup cloud storage. Pictures and videos are automatically backed up in the cloud online. My phone also came with Samsung stereo earbuds with mic and 3 different sized ear pieces. Great for listening to music and taking phone calls. There is also bluetooth. So many features I only scratched the surface. Bottom line, a great phone for beginners and experts. And 2 out 3 cellphones sold today are smartphones.

The two things I most wanted out of my Samsung Galaxy S III were the larger screen and the movie quality. So far I'm very satisfied with both. There are A LOT of bells & whistles on this gadget that are frankly distracting. Once I get most of the apps off the device, I think I'll like it even more!
