Works great!! Easy set up!!!
I used this to keep my little dogs out of grandkids toy room. They like to chew everything and are a little too energenic at times.It fit very nicely in the 72 inch space i wanted to close off. It was very easy to install and works good. Extremely good product and not expensive.
This gate is really easy to install as well as use. We use it by our front door for our dogs, and it is really easy to open and close even with just one free hand. Wish we has this when my children were small. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.
If you are using this gate for small dogs then you might have some problems. Because of the size it has a support bar in the center to help hold it up, because of this it allowed my three small dogs to escape right under it.

This gate does everything I need it to do and I love that it folds up fairly compact so that it is out of the way when I don't need it. My only complaint is the latch. It is very hard to use, I can't latch it using one hand. If they could redo that then this gate would be just about perfect in my eyes!
Love the gate. Is just what I wanted. The only thing I would suggest is some kind of a different lock closure. Squeezing the spring isn't the easiest to do and then get it positioned to lock. It keeps my precious granddaughter from falling down the steps outside on our deck pluse it's great for my dog so he won't run away.
I bought this gate so that I would be able to keep my malti-poo puppy at a closed area when there were guest or if I need to clean, etc. Very happy with it, great for small pets, not sure if it would be great for a large breed dog, but great for toddlers and small dogs!!!
The expansion gate overall is constructed well and keeps our Yorkie from gaining entrance to the kitchen area. The only problem we encountered was the latch. It's somewhat difficult to use on a frequent basis. The spring closure could be easier to use if manufactured differently.
we bought two for our outside deck. one to close off the stairs and one to close off the pool. the length it will stretch for the price we paid was unbeatable, it swings and can be push aside, but the latch... it is very hard to work, it takes hand strength. it is hard for me to work it. it is safe to say a child would never be able to work it, even a 7 year old.
