What a great snack these are and a great salty/crunchy alternative to chips! Such a great, healthy option for home or on the go or to include in recipes (homemade granola, cookies, on top of oatmeal, add to wild rice for texture, etc) They are addictive! I have gotten them a few times and they are consistently good.
Lots of flavor and just enough salt to make them perfect!
Crunchy %26 dee-lish! These are a great snack. I'm sometimes leery of nuts and seeds that they are stale or the oil in them starting to get racid. But these are so good!
I love the delivery. These taste great and are healthy. Will purchase again.

first rude deliverer because "i guess i came at a busy time?" yea was her reply and hastfully wanted to just throw my food in bags. no consideration of what those items were. i just got the groceries by hand and put them in a tote box i have. i bagged them at home to bring them inside.
This item was delivered at the WRONG address. I did not receive this item today. The picture is not at our front door.
I'm heartbroken about how bad these tasted 💔 the more expensive brand is so delicious so I figured I would try these out and these were just way too gross 💔💔💔
Not a good substitution for sunflower seeds!!
While delicious the nutrition facts are deceiving. I currently count calories, so with my food scale I measure out the serving sizes. The nutrition clearly states 1oz per serving [or a 1/4 or 28grams] cup and 8 servings per container. Once measured, I barely got 5 servings. I paid for the full 8 oz and barely got 5. These are a ripoff.
