Bought this for my best friend as a graduation gift. She absolutely loved it! I love that you can customize it with any design they have to choose from, a photo(s) and text you would like! Great quality too!
Loved how i got to choose the placing of pics and loved the fathers day quote.
It arrived on time in one peice and the pictures looked great! I have no complaints exactly what I expected! My husband adored it! Size color and of course family pictures.

it came out perfect my son was very happy with the pictures of his kids on it. A little on the pricey side but I would recommend it.

1 of 4 mugs came in with a huge crack! It would've been 5 stars. I'll try to see if they can replace it, if not I'm gonna have to re-order.
The cup is small and the pictures came out super grainy so not the best quality in way of image transfer.
Came cracked and was suppose to say pawpaw and it says grandpa
Could not return, scratches on the face
