I bought this controller because it was on sale and the box looked cool. Other than the graphics, this controller varies little between the original and elite controller. The only difference I can notice, and it is barley noticeable, is it that the paint of the graphics feels more textured than a regular controller. But other than that, it's purely the looks.
This is a very nice controller, especially for the low price I paid, and it seems to work great! The design is cool and my son really seems to like it the best. We try to pick different colors so the kids know which controllers are theirs and which ones are for guests, for cleanliness reasons, and this helped us achieve that. It also came with a Halo Reach card, haven't used it yet, may be for an avatar item.
I purchased this controller when it was $30, the same price as the standard white controller. I wouldn't pay twice as much for this remote, since functionally it is the same as my existing remotes. However, it is very pretty! The decals are done exquisitely, not simply by adding extra paint layers. The color scheme is a nice touch, mixing the silver with black accents. Again, if the price is right, a great controller. Don't expect it to work better than the normal 360 controllers, though.
My son received this for Christmas and really loves it. He likes the halo games and was so excited to get this on top of getting the game. I has alot of functions to it so I would recommend it to anybody.
The controller works perfectly. My son loves Halo games so he loves the graphics on the controller. Wireless connectivity works well and the battery life is good.
I got this when it was on sale. I was looking to buy another controller so it was perfect timing. I had a slight issue with getting it to recognize my xbox360 but I resorted to plugging it in and then from there it was all set. So now I can use it wirelessly.
I figured since they have begun to transfer over to the transforming d-pad controllers that they newest halo reach controllers would be as well, but they weren't. I like these controllers a lot though really cool design.
This controller looks very artistic. It's graphic design looks very clean and neat giving you a better grip and more fun than you expect. What kind of design would you meet like this? Start saving now!
When i bought this product it was only $28, and it was a deal, but I later heard that these controllers were having problems though. I haven't had any yet, but do your research if your going to buy anything.
Picked this up online from WalMart for $30 which is quite a deal. The controller works just like the one that came with my 360. The only problem I noticed is that the joysticks will stick once in a while. I never had this problem with my original controller and a friend has the same problem with his. It's not detrimental, but just an annoyance every once in a while.
