Can shoot a lot of things that my cell or camera can't. Price is resonable. Good quality pictures. Can go high. Never loose it. Nice setting, for lighting and or scenarios. Lots of fun.
Beware. This, and any drone at or above .55lbs must be registered with the FAA($5), and the have rules for you to follow. Before buying make sure you have a comparable pone or tablet, iPad, etc. from the list at the DJI website. If not you will be disappointed. That said. The standard does not fly as far as the Advanced and Pro versions, which use a different operating system. However it is still very fun to fly. Photos can be a challenge as the lense is 30mm which squeezed more into the frame. At 100 feet high a person looks very small on a iPad mini 3. I get 2600 feet flight distance using a homemade reflector on the antenna. I does depend on location and environment. There are after market devices to extend range, but it didn't work for me, and the FAA requires you keep it in line of sight.
The product is amazing I love the battery life the camera is amazing the height the drone can raise was amazing and I love how you can connect to your phone it can follow you on follow me mode I can post it live
While DJI is known for their horrible customer service, they do make one heck of a drone. The Dji P3 Standard performs great. Easy to setup and fly As long as you follow all pre-flight checks and get well informed on the operation of this quad. I have about 10 flights in, without any issues. Make sure after every Firmware update, that you calibrate your IMU, calibrate your gimbal, calibrate controller and re-due compass calibration for your location. Those of you that don't want to spend the money on the advanced or pro version will be pleased with the P3 Standard. You can't beat the value for the price.
I bought this for amateur photography and to use it for Surf fishing. I highly recommend you watch all the Videos from DJI, also other YouTube videos showing unboxing, assembly, operation, calibration, and flying. take your time and it will be a great experience. The video and photos are very good (as expected with this model drone). Payload, it can easily take over 2 ponds, so using this drone to take the bait out past the breakers will be a breeze.
So far so good. My husband just got it yesterday. It has many great features. It flies for up to 25 minutes, you can also buy back-up batteries. It also flies up to 3280 feet. One other great feature is that if you pair it to your phone GPS it will return back to the point of takeoff if you lose sight of it. He watched many videos about the drone & how to fly it. Worth the money. Would recommend this drone to anyone.
This is an amazing product that's perfect for capturing aerial shots while filming projects. It also can connect to an app that captures sound quality.
I love how it knows it's way home when in midflight, also how it'll follow you and is stable during flight.
This product exceeds my expectations in every way. This steadiness of camera is incredible and excellent for film making. I love that it flies back to you before it runs out of battery. I love the how easy it is to maneuver and the sleek look. I would like a battery longer because the batteries are expensive and if we're filming then we would to buy multiple batteries
It is a good product even though it was hard to get it started it. Remote control would not conect with drone but after watching videos on YouTube I found out that it was a very well known problem. Overall I am happy with the product.
