I picked this up at the store, took it home and could not get the drone and the controller to communicate. Followed all the instructions to the T; watched all the youtube video's; plus did a google search to find a solution. You cannot contact customer service via phone as they are in the UK, sent an e-mail to them and received a response 3 days later stating they received my issue and were passing it on to a tech. Waited 7 more days with no response. I returned the item.
