For Timer function - once unit has reached desired use time test wax to ensure comfortable temperature. 3. Quickly dip hand multiple times until surface is covered with several layers of wax. Cover with a plastic liner (60 included) to help prolong heat therapy. 4. After a relaxing 15-30 minutes of heat therapy treatment, wax is easily removed.
