[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 50 lb. BLACK lab and a primarily WHITE master bedroom -- a wicked combination. This powerful vacuum lets me keep up with the dog hair. I love the fact I can use it directly on bedding and it picks up the hair, usually on the first pass. Love the crevice attachment for cleaning up the dog hair and dust that collects on the baseboards. I highly recommend this hand vacuum.

It does a great job picking up pet hair from my long-haired dog. Awkward places such as fabric covered headboards are easily cleaned with this vacuum. Having purchased several other machines from BISSELL, I know I can count on the reliability of the vacuum for a long time to come.

It's the first and only model of hand vac I've owned over the past 30 years that has been able to deal with my three dogs' abundant supply of hair. Very well made, easy to charge, and I love the visible canister that lets you know when it's time to empty it. That, too, is an easy process. I bought this second one to keep in my office, as my dogs spend all day there with me. Once you try this hand vac, you will never buy another brand or model.

I searching for a new handheld I came across the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser® Lithium Ion Cordless Pet Hand Vacuum. Upon reading the various reviews, I decided to give this vacuum a try and man I am glad I did. The powered brush head and good suction works great on our furniture to remove the cat hair from our two long-haired cats, Bella and Sassy Cat. I find the powered roller brush easy to clean. The included attachment fitment into the dust cup is firm, which gives me confidence in the ability for the attachment to stay in place during use. Since parts are available I also bought the dusting brush attachment and an extra brush roll and clip. Thank you for an effective (and good looking) handheld vacuum!

Even though our dogs stay off out the furniture, their hair doesn't. When we open the car windows for fresh air, we used to not have conversations because the hair would get into our mouths. And let's face it, rolling the windows up to speak and then rolling them down again makes me glad we have power windows! All of this has changed. A couple years ago my daughters decided we needed a dog to replace Slinky who was with us for nearly 16 years. I wasn't consulted about this. Like many others who've experienced a loss, I didn't want to get attached to another pet until they brought Lucy home from a shelter, without telling me anything about her. So naturally I got attached to her which means taking the good with the bad. I didn't know at that time how much a dog can shed since Slinky was a poodle schnauzer mix that didn't shed at all. Anyway Lucy's a whopping 60lbs and because of the cold Chicago weather, this is what she likes to do when she's not outside. And she leaves an incredible amount of herself where ever she goes. So thats where the Pet Hair Eraser comes in. I've only had it for a couple days but I'm counting on that Iithium ion battery to keep us hairless for years to come
