I recently purchased a cell phone on line by Walmart and the price was great and so was the overall service.

I have a cell phone with a similar setup as this one but this one has a lot more options. I may have to get one for myself. Shipping and packaging were excellent.

Would have been nice if the very small instruction booklet that came with the phone could have gave information on how to use features on the phone. Most people in my area get no better signal reception with their expensive phones than I do with my Net 10 Huawei H210C!

I bought this little gem for phone calls and texting, and it's great for this. The phone calls are clear (at both ends), the volume is excellent and simple to adjust, and the speaker phone is outstanding. The keyboard buttons are small, but I knew that in advance and they're easy to adjust to. The menu and sub menus are very intuitive and easy to follow, especially if you've used Walmart's other $10 Tracfone. I have not used any of this phone's other functions and have no desire to. I had a Walmart employee activate my phone for me, and it took him about 5 minutes. I was surprised to learn that the Walmart stores in Denver no longer sell the "Net 10 Minutes Cards" but very pleased that my local King Soopers (Krogers) grocery stores carry them. Using these cards to buy additional minutes is extremely simple and inexpensive.

I love it so far, it works for me!

I love the phone. It lets me send out picture messages, I can get my emails with no problem. The web is not the greatest but it works well for me because I don't use it much, except to check the weather and get my horoscope, and to occasionally look something up. It is on the 25.00 dollar plan that gives me 1000 minutes, That's all I need. I hated the touch screen phones because they would dial anyone at anytime without me meaning to, or go to the wrong screen with the slightest touch. This phone you actually have to push the buttons for it to work, not just swipe the screen. I am having a few problems getting picture messages, because the phone isn't as advanced as touchscreens, and I cannot get the emoticons from android phones, they don't show up as smiley faces, only blank squares on my screen, but for the price and convenience, I will let that slide. Have not had it long enough to see if picture messages from other phones come through, only Android phone pictures have not came through yet. So far, I like the phone, hope it lasts.

I almost returned it because my network wouldn't connect and then tried one last time before sending it back and it worked. Other than that, the price and simplicity with the keyboard are just what I wanted. I like the simple design and don't really miss my smart phone to much but It will do until my minutes run out on tracfone. I'll decide when I change networks if I'll keep it.

I needed to upgrade my 2G phone to 3G. My 2G was a Blackberry style keyboard which I like. The Hawei 3G has almost identical features and keyboard. My 2G was an LG and had slightly better sound but the Hawei is an acceptable replacement. I wanted to keep my Net10 300 minute for 2 months service and found this to be the best replacement. All Net10 had to offer on their web site was a flip phone for this service. The Hawei is a Net10 phone and supports the 300 minute service. I am unclear why they didn't list it on their web site. It may be that Net10 wants to offer a variety of phones that only support their more expensive smartphone $35+ per month service.

I really like the QWERTY keypad. Has reasonable access to my emails. Doesn't do a lot, but I just need email and texting. One feature I don't like is the SOS feature. It is always on when the keyboard is locked. I am afraid I will pocket dial an emergency number. If there is a way to disable this feature, I cannot find it in the documentation that came with the phone.

Poorly made item, To many features I had on my old phone are not on this one. Tried to get in touch customer service by Email but no one replays back. Trish
