The printer was very easy to set up. The paper is loaded into a tray similar to a copy machine. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with a user manual -- just quick set-up guide. I had to do a google search to figure out how to print on cardstock -- use the manual by-pass feeder on the front to print one page at a time on such papers as cardstock, transparencies, etc.
Brother really lives up to it's expectations. The printer is small enough yet really does double duty in printing and the best part, is you don't have to keep changing those EXPENSIVE ink cartridges every other month. Operation is simple and no cluttered buttons to push or decide on pushing what, where and WHEN. It took only minutes to set up and I would recommend this printer to any home office user for the Price and speed in printing.
