I was a fan of Motorola cell phones, with t he first generation of flip phones. I have had several brands, since then, but I am glad to have the opportunity to get another Motorola phone. They have come a long way. They compare to much more expensive phones and the Android environment suits it well. The dual camera provide with sharp and clear pictures, even in fairly low light. This phone is a great value for the price. Way to go, Moto!
I would highly recommend the phone. Very minimal bloat ware. Great sound when watching tv or movies. Great color on display. Fingerprint sensor to unlock, it's light and has great feel
I am a 82 year guy and this is my first smart phone. I have away used a flip top phone. I can work a computer but still learning my way around the smart phone. from what I see it can do anything a computer can do. my son and grandson is showing m.e how to use this phone. it will take a while to learn about how to do certain things on the phone. the first phone I every used had a hand crank on it so it a big change. but will give it a try
I love my new cell phone. It's easy to use & the keyboard is excellent.
I bought this a few weeks ago and have not been disappointed. I like the double shake to turn the flashlight on and the three finger screenshot function a lot. It is conservative on the battery and the screen provides crisp, clear images for photos and videos. It works great with my wired Logitech headset for hands-free phone conversations or listening to downloaded music and video files or sites like Pandora music. There is a nightime screen function that goes to grayscale and when the alarm goes off the screen gradually brightens and you can get a weather or traffic report. Highly recommended.
Have owned for roughly two weeks. Good audio, both on speaker and to ear. Battery lasts all day with very little draw from phone calls. Like the gesture aspect, which lets you nudge/move the phone to "peek" at incoming messages without actually waking up the phone via the power button. Doesn't seem to work all the time though. Not sure how effective it would be for those who carry their phone in their pockets though. Good size screen and clear glass. Good built in call screen options too, including google call screening which intercepts unknown callers and requires them to identify their reason of call. All in all, good features and worth the money. We'll see how long it lasts!
I bought this phone 2 weeks ago. There was a problem with alarm feature. GMT and EST are not the same. Ringtones going off at all difeerent times and alarm would not set to Eastern time and would go off at different times. There is no just Eastern time to select plus we still use Daylight savings time on East Coast. had to install an app for alarm and have ad no problems since then. Not sure what it was doing. I called them 3 times abut this and nothign got resolved. Had to figure it out myself. Great phone otherwise. Not a huge fan of Tracfone, but couldn't afford another kind right now. Wasn't a bad price to get the job done.
About a month using this Moto e7. Very good price compared to my other choice of iPhone SE. It runs android 10 and the similarity to iOS is startling. Sadly, l can move nothing to the SD Card and phone is filling up fast. Also, Moto has tweaked Android 10 along with Tracfone modifications. These disappointments have me wishing that l had upgraded my iPhone 6sPlus to the iPhone SE rather than cheaping out on this very bland Moto e7. The finger touch feature on back of phone and does nothing, convinced me to try the Moto e7. In short, shop for a newer phone, better button layout and more storage.
I purchased my phone about a month ago and had a nightmare trying to transfer the old information to the new telephone. In both of my telephone calls, I spoke to people that English was their second language. In the first instance, the woman spoke so quickly that I had to ask here to repeat what she was saying. I did not help and I asked to speak to someone that I could better understand. She transferred me to a gentleman whom I had exactly the same problem. After a period of time, I had to ask him to hang up and I would call later hoping to find someone that I could understand. When my daughter stopped by our home, I showed here the phone and she was able to activate it.
Phone started out great but then when I go into update the Google system update which is from May of 2021, it never lets me update it. This exact same thing happened on the Motorola G Play 2021 and then it messes up Google Chrome. TracFone or Motorola need to fix this bug.
