I finally conformed to peer pressure and purchased a smart phone. Without much to compare it too I would say that this a great phone to start out with. I mostly wanted to just use the talk and text but I've found out it also works great as a GPS and and all of the web surfing that I want. I don't know about gaming and all that because I don't care about that anyway. I uninstalled or disabled most of the apps because I don't care about most of that either. The phone seems well made and sturdy which is important. It stays charged for a good long time The camera and microphone are fantastic by my standards, I'm learning now how to use it to make videos. If like me you have been resistant to smart phones, this is a great one to start with.
I just recently bought this phone,as my Galaxy J2 has a memory and disc space issue. Overall, this is a fantastic device with nice features. Good cameras, and no issues so far. Would I suggest this phone to others? Yes, indeed I would.
File transfer from my old LG K30 to my new K31 was flawless in spite of bath I had given to the K30 and it's shattered display. Generally Love the additional memory (now 32G total) speed. Disliked gesture commands (which I disabled,, eventually) I miss the K30's fingerprint verification with the start button/pin are a bit cumbersome. Google Assistant button located poorly, and usually (accidentally) summons the Assistant when I'm trying to adjust volume. Pros: Easy transition, memory, cost. Cons: Google dependent. Assistant mostly annoying (how do I disable?). Good and bad Instruction Manual.
Bought a month ago to replace Samsung Galaxy J7 crown still using my old phone bc it has more features I like the LG K31 revel is still in its box but thinking about giving to son for 9th bday soon for games and wifi calling much more portable for car rides etc than his tablet he plays on now
I bought this mainly to ha e a better camera that actually focuses and it does have a good one. My biggest issue with this phone is when I'm on wifi my internet pages load very slow, if at all. I have to turn off the wifi and everything loads and works fine. Not a bad phone for the price, but not as good as I was hoping for.
I could have rated higher but, I can't hear. I have the volume turned up as loud as it will go. I have even downloaded apps. Maybe I just have not found the correct app to download. Any suggestions? No, I do not have a hearing problem. My ears work just fine.
its an ok phone.seems a bit glitchy.i do not like the back function as slide on screen.very annoying bc u always end up accidentally backing out of ur screen.
Inexpensive phone that works OK. I had a LG Rebel that was great, but small memory forced getting something larger. This one works but is very cumbersome and has a tendency to stall, just wait and it'll come back
Not close to being as good as my j3 Luna pro. Thought I was upgrading but turns out I downgraded. To late to turn back now. Beware future buyers of this phone.
I bought this phone a few days ago and from day one I hated it. I can't have multiple windows open, you have to close one thing to open another. So let's say you're on a game and get a text. If you swipe down to read the text it closes the game and you have to start all over. You have two opening screens and in order to get to the normal screen you have to swipe onto one of the programs they have installed. If you want switch anything to an sd card you have to hook the phone up to the computer, install a program, and have that program move your apps to the sd card. The back button is on the right hand side of the screen which I constantly hit unintentionally. I really regret buying this phone and am now looking for a new phone because this one is so user unfriendly.
