Important Shipping Information This is an oversize item shipped via a freight company; it will arrive at your curbside within 7 business days after leaving our warehouse. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time; we recommend that you have help available upon arrival. The freight company is only responsible for unloading this item and bringing it to your curbside. They will not install it, bring it to your backyard or anywhere else. Before signing for delivery, inspect the package for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It's normal for the packaging to show some wear; however, if there is extensive visible damage, refuse delivery of the order and contact us by calling 1-800-966-6546 with your order number ready. Orders will arrive bundled on a pallet and be delivered to the curbside. You should have at least 3 people (or 2 people and a dolly) on hand to carry the boxes to their destination.
