I love how easy it is to get 'just the right spot '. I have a chair massager and I like that too , but this has its advantages. The warming feature works well, not too hot. I like the veritable speed and direction feature. I hope it holds up well. We have had it for a few weeks now with lots of use.
I just started using this and I love it. Most of the time I ask my wife to massage my upper back and neck and know she is relieved that she doesn't have to do this anymore - she has been replaced because this baby knows the exact location of your pain/soreness: because YOU control the exact location. Great product so far.
The rolling the kneading of the knots in my neck and back is better than a massage. You can focus on a spot until you got that kink out. Its the best thing a stressed out mom and boss could have. I hurt my hands from trying to to get the strain out of my neck but every night i grab this thing before bed to relax
Massager works great, really digs in. Glad I had it shipped to Store Pick UP, that way UPS or USPS didn't throw the package over the fence.

This massager is really great with a couple minor drawbacks. It's very focused just on the mid- and lower neck, so it doesn't really get the shoulders, and the material is somewhat rough on the skin. However, the massaging contacts are wonderfully firm, and the motion really releases muscle tension in the neck. Having three speeds and being able to reverse the motion is very useful and therapeutic. The heat is mild, but it's also helpful in releasing tension. It's nice to be able to have a partner move it to other parts of the body!
I have purchased approx.4(I lost track) of these massagers over the last 3 or 4 years.I absolutely love the therapeutic benefits of the massager.I am a carpenter with neck and back problems.This is my most important tool.I use it every day,it keeps me going,ill never be without one(IF they keep making it).THAT is also why I have purchased so many.It may work 10 months,10 weeks,or 10 days.I just got one out of the box last week that already has problems with switch.Cmon people,these fixes are not that hard.Please HURRY and send back the warranty one I just sent you.its like oxygen to me.need it
I bought this product recently. I unboxed it, read the manual, plugged it in and used it for about 10 seconds. Then it stopped working and won't turn on again. I have returned it, unfortunately I had to pay the shipping to return it which is rather annoying. For a product that was supposed to be relaxing it has been a big disappointment.
Awesome item however too heavy for my mom
instructions are too vague.took too long to arrive.no customer service.
