I have tried many forms of Magnesium, but Magtein is by far the best for my mental focus. Source Naturals is the best value I have found, and Swanson is the best place to get Magtein. This is one of the best magnesium’s on the market. Magnesium L threonate is the only one that crosses the blood/brain barrier. Excellent product and highly recommended by our doctor.
You get the Meg magnesium that your body needs
Magtein is a copyrighted formula, so comparisons between brands are meaningless. However, with the discount applied, this brand slightly edges out Swanson on price. (sorry, guys)

Yes I would recommended this product. My husband was showing definite signs of dementia. After reading about this particular formula having proven results for improved cognitive function we tried it and ... we can definitely say yes it worked for him.
Supports focus and memory retention as advertised. Great stuff. I only take twice a day and still does great work.

I noticed no improvement and oddly enough it gave me constipation when regular magnesium does the opposite. I won't be buying it again.
