[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying to add more protein to my diet and this Boost Drink Muscle Health & Energy fits the bill. It has 20 g of protein and 250 calories in an 8 ounce serving. I drink one for lunch and that's all I need. Being a chocoholic I have usually found chocolate nutritional drinks to taste like chalk but this one does NOT taste chalky and has a great chocolate flavor. I highly recommend this drink if you're wanting to add protein to your diet easily.

This was very smooth and the taste actually tasted like chocolate. I did notice a change in my energy level within an hour or so after drinking. I would highly recommend this product over others I have tried.

I think they're delicious! It's so easy to grab one on my way out the door when I'm running late and I know I'll be getting some good nutrition. I just had two new grandbabies born within a week of each other and it was so nice to have Boost to take with me to the delivery room while I was waiting for their arrival!

I chilled mine well, gave it a good shake and poured it o er ice. The taste was smooth and creamy, not gritty. At 250 calories for 8 ounces, this would be a meal replacement option for me. For someone who is older or has an intense workout this might be a supplement to their regular meals. Either way, it is loaded with 27 vitamins and minerals. I like it for those mornings that I am running late. I can grab it and enjoy on my morning commute. The combination of taste and convenience make this a winner!

And it has helped me know that this drink actually does help rejuvenate you. I even shared some with my husband and he said the same thing. It's not like the other energy drinks, you don't get trembley...you feel the hydration and rejuvenation you get from boost. The flavor is good, but I plan to try other flavors to find one that suits my pallet. Packaging looks nice, but it does seem to be plastic overkill. I actually thought it would be nice to have a large container in the fridge to pour a serving as we need it. I've not seen any other packaged like that, boost could be the 1st to set a new standard. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would recommend it! If you are trying to get fit, or have a new high energy puppy to chase, or you are on vacation...this product is great for all the above and more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste of this Boost in Rich Chocolate is quite delicious, I must say. It is definitely rich and creamy. It does, however, have 11 grams of sugar, only 20 grams of protein and 250 calories … which is probably why it has a great taste! In comparison to Premier Protein drink, the Boost taste better. However the Premier which has only 1 gram of sugar, 30 grams of protein and only 160 calories.

The flavor is chocolatey delish, just a tad too sweet with a slight Stevia after-taste. The texture is smooth and creamy. I have been trying to add more protein to my diet. This nutrient rich Boost Drink for Muscle Health & Energy has 20g of protein and will allow me to stay focussed on drinking my nutrients as opposed to taking pills/capsules everyday. Downsides: The calories (250), sugar (11g) and sodium (220mg) values are high for such a small serving. The packaging is excessive and difficult to open - sealed up in clear plastic then the top was sealed as well. Overall, I like it and will recommend/ purchase this high-quality protein drink in the future.
