[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My very first time trying BOOST! The flavor: Very Vanilla. Made for muscle health & energy. The packaging says it's high protein, (20g) and pack with 27 vitamins & minerals! BOOST arrived at the perfect time because I've been burning the candle on both ends and not eating properly. BOOST has a “healthy” aroma. Kinda like baby formula but for adults. ☺️ Very Vanilla actually tastes good. Felt like it gave me a little milk mustache but it's not a thick formula. Make sure you refrigerate and shake well before drinking. I received 3 8 ounce bottles so I tested BOOST for 3 days. I did feel more alert. I have also purchased the chocolate flavor. It's a bit pricey but worth having with better ingredients than the average energy drink.

I like to drink it chilled very cold. I like that there's 20g of protein in such a small bottle and I have a lack of protein in my diet so this is something I can drink daily to supplement. It helps me feel full so Im not hunting for snacks when I get a craving.

I like that it is a convenient option for on the go when I don't have time to sit down for a meal. The texture is a bit thick, more smoothie-like, but after a few sips I didn't even notice that. Although it is nutritionally dense, it also has a ton of unnecessary sugar. I would drink this more often if it weren't so laden with sugar and thus high in carbs.

First, the taste of the vanilla drink was so sweet it was almost undrinkable. I shudder just thinking about it. Second, there was a lot of sugar and sodium in this drink. Again, not good for me. Third. This tiny bottle had 250 calories, just wow! Some benefits include the high protein and fiber and it's very nutrient rich. The only suggestion I can make is be very aware of your nutrition needs. Boost is clearly not for everyone.

I have heard about Boost but had never tried it and I was excited to try this one. The flavor is good, It is pretty tasty. The texture is OK… Creamy but maybe a little chalky? I think the calories are a little high for the amount of shake you get. I generally drink a different brand and I prefer the other brand vanilla shake over this one. I would probably not buy this one again. However, I may try a different flavor and give it another shot.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not care for the flavor of the vanilla Boost. I also let my mother in law taste it and she didn't like it either. She thought it had a medicinal taste. It did not give either of us a boost and I do not plan to purchase it again. It doesn't have the healthiest ingredients either, utilizing canola, sunflower and corn oil, along with soy protein isolate. I think it's a facade to call this a nutritional drink.
