Item came brand new in a sealed package. I pulled it in to charge for over 24 hours and it will not turn on. I will be returning it.
Garbage! Neither of the two units we purchased operated at all after charging We! We had to return one unit and kept the brushes from the other unit which did not work either. The attractive pricing is a hoik you should avoid.. Do not buy!
I ordered this product twice and both times it would not work. The first time I payed $130 and was extremely disappointed that it didn't work for that amount of money. The second time I purchased it for $24.00. That should've been a sign but I ordered anyway only to receive another broken product. Vanity Planet has a great facial cleaner that's not pricey and works perfectly fine.
