It features an advanced tread compound that is molded into a symmetric tread pattern. The tread pattern is composed of large interlocking center tread blocks and alternating width "DiggerLugz" that extend over the tire's shoulders to provide the ability to dig down deep, as well as work against the sides of muddy ruts for added pulling capability. The Mud-Terrain T/A KM has computer-optimized, high-void tread design that creates less noise than BFG's original Radial Mud-Terrain T/A. It also provides a larger and more rectangular footprint to add enhanced climbing and slick surface traction. The interior structure has dual steel belts on top of BFGoodrich's TriGard construction creating strength and durability. Single strand beads enhance the tire's fit to the wheel to increase uniformity and ride quality.
