It's easy to use. It actually works fine. I noticed the battery drains kind of fast and it didn't charge past about 84%-87% the first time I charged it. Overall it's about a 8.3/10. Good for the price I paid. And if you want to buy this phone for relatives in Mexico it'll work with the telcel SIM card and probably with other carriers as it does say unlocked on the description
I had to upgrade from my Galaxy S8. Samsung no longer updating that series and I needed Android 10 due to several apps that stopped working on v9. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this phone and choosing a 'like new' model, I saved a ton of cash. Thanks Walmart!
The condition of the phone was phenomenal considering it was used. I love the speed and storage space. However I dont like how fast the battery needs recharged. Again its probably due to being refurbished but still. Samsung Galaxy has such a great store.
the phone is good touch screen, and response time is great, just that the ohone gets really hot and the speaker phone doesnt work, bummer cause i use it alot.
i like samsung but not really happy overall with purchase the screen turns off after few min i realize its a safty feature but screen cant b set to always on when i need it to b on so constantly touching it to wake it up
Returned phone to Vovoya, they received it Monday 9/18 according to FedEx but Wal-Mart is still showing In-transit as of today, 9/23. I messaged Vovoya on 9/18 and they said the refund would take between 2 and 6 days yet nothing has been done. Listen to the reviews on here and beware of dealing with this company!
Dislikes. Completely dirty used phone, sticky dust stuck to camera lenses %26 head speakers and it's says UNLOCKED online. It means any phone service carriers can connect it. Nope, it didn't allowed it to connect to the carrier. So it's LOCKED and fail. False advertisement and failed products. It looks like packing staff replaced with their own phone. The clear plastic was OVER covered the entire phone screen itself.

paid for a galaxy s10 and got a mini s10e.. i was completely out of a phone though and was going through an emergency with my mother so i didnt have time to send it back an haggle with them.
