I've had for about 2 weeks now. I had it shipped to my house for no extra charge. It was easy to set up. Its been working great. No problems to report.. Would recommend
Packaging was a little beat up when it first came, but no damage to the cooler. Works just fine. Looks good.
I only wish someone would have told me about this machine before i wasted all the $$$ on the last 3 before this one. This machine is a bit taller than my past other brands, but this igloo gets an A in performance, durability, stability & simple to use yet perfect if you have little ones.
I have had this Igloo dispenser for about a month. It works great. Cold water is not ice cold, but close to average refrigerator temperatures. The hot water is good enough for instant coffee or hot chocolate. No leaking issues and runs silently. Definitely worth the money I paid for it.
When I received the cooler it was bent and the plastic wrapping was so hard to take off. I was able to get some dents out but the others were permanent. After installing we noticed about 10 minutes after the cooler started leaking. I returned the cooler because it was a dissatisfaction to us.
Had to take it back because it was leaking internally. 5 gallons of water all over my floors
Purchased 3 weeks ago. Monday morning there was water all over our kitchen floor. Returning back to Walmart. Hopefully will get our money back.
First cooler arrived extremely dented, second one arrived a little dented, but with all the water lines disconnected. Blue protective covering the stainless was attached before assembly at the factory, so about impossible to remove. Terrible experience overall!
We purchased this water cooler in August, 2016. The quality of the product over the first few months was great. Month 6, the unit lost the ability to heat or cool and would turn off intermittently. Seemed like a fairly straightforward fix of a couple of components. Come to find out, Walmart's return window had passed and Igloo, for products such as this, does not facilitate any warranty claims nor customer service issues. They referred us to their subcontractor, Curtis International, who is the actual manufacturer of the product. Their website was not functioning properly, we have been unable to get resolution over the phone and overall, they have been completely unresponsive. At this point, we are just going to have to throw the unit in the trash. Very disappointing, will never buy an igloo branded electric appliance again.
I had the cooler for under a year. Was working great then one night 4.5 gallons of water just internally starting emptying out all over my hardwood bamboo floor which was less than. 4 months old. Walmart is getting a bill and so it Igloo for the damage. I had purchased the protection plan but all that gave me was a Walmart egift card to purchase another cr*p product.
