You can't go wrong with Nokias. This little guy is very impressive, considering the price point. I got it for my grandpa, he is 90. Surprisingly, he found it very easy to navigate around, make and receive calls, surf the web and watch YouTube. I went over it with him for an hour or so, he's a total pro now! Very happy with my purchase, papa Manolo approves :)
I bought this phone is January and had it 2 months it's very nice.
I just got this phone activated and it took awhile but it works now and I got it set up with what I will use and I love that on my account page I can get detailed instructions to learn how to operate the features in this phone. It makes it easier to use. Thx so much
For context, I'm a young adult who wanted to switch to a basic phone and cheaper plan, and going from a smartphone to this Nokia is a big change for me. I actually enjoy this phone. It's a good combination of functionality and simplicity, and feels very good quality and nice to use. Not only does it come with useful features such as News, Weather, and Maps, it has its own store where you can install new apps and games, the selection is somewhat limited but that's not surprising. Camera is pretty good and has basic photo editing options. Speaker volume can get nice and loud, and calls sound great. The phone is bigger than I expected at around 8 inches opened, but it's not uncomfortable to hold. Overall, it's great for the price and I think this phone could be suitable for a wide range of people. I have to admit I'll miss using a smartphone daily, but this really has everything I need.
We have a Nokia Flip phone. Not sure if it is a 2760. We do not care for this phone. In face if this phone is what Tracfone offers in the future we may move to another phone line. We had a LG before and really loved it. This phone is hard to add contacts to. Just not user friendly.
After having this phone for over a year I still can't use it much, only using it three times in 2022... All I want is a small device that makes and recieves phone calls, nothing more... like the old nokia 100 of years ago. Simplify this new unit and you would have a good product with less headaches...
It doesn't show me how many service days I have left. I can't find any info about the phone ON the phone. It won't let me delete anything, constantly wants me to download new software, and I can't retrieve voice mails because it wants a password.I don't know what the password is or how to find it. Very difficult to use. Wish I could go back to my old one
Cannot understand instructions to operate. Spelling it did not help either. Plan to return it after trying TWO MONTHS to activate. Nonsense! Totally worthless. Need specific instructions to return. Mailing address fine.
If you could make a good phone why do they make a bad phone, no shortcut to send text messages they made shortcuts for other non important stuff but to send a text message it's a process, only 1 shortcut you could set yourself if you use it for messages you don't have any shortcut for something else like email or other things, no SD card slot and the phone comes with limited memory,
I wanted to simplify my life with De-smarting. I don't remember handphones or cellphones from the '90s to be so freaking complicated. Don't. Bother. It drops calls after about 5 minutes. If you think you are going to get away from texting, think again. Everyone sends you notifications via text. And it's impossible to try to find. Miserable phone
